<P>治膀胱實熱，心腹煩悶，小便不利，宜服梔子散方。 </P>
<P> </P>梔子仁（一兩） 石膏（二兩） 白茅根（一兩銼）赤茯苓（一兩）犀角屑（一兩) 木通( 一兩銼） 黃芩（一兩） 甘草（半兩炙微赤銼) 上件藥，搗篩為散。
<P> </P>每服五錢。
<P> </P>以水一大盞。
<P> </P>入生地黃半兩。
<P> </P>淡竹葉二七片，煎至五分。
<P> </P>去滓，食前溫服。
<P> </P>忌炙爆熱面。
