<P> </P>芎 （一兩） 防風（一兩去蘆頭） 葛根（一兩銼） 旋複花（半兩） 白蒺藜（二兩微炒去刺) 上件 藥。
<P> </P>搗篩為散。
<P> </P>每服三錢，以水一中盞，煎至六分。
<P> </P>去滓，不計時候溫服。
