<P> </P><STRONG>川烏頭（一兩炮裂去皮臍） 鹽（半兩） 桑根白皮（一兩銼） 灶突內煤（一兩） 面（半兩) 上件藥，搗羅為末，以濃醋和拌。 </STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG>搗一二百杵。 </STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG>丸如梧桐子大，於破處。 </STRONG>
