<P> </P>山茱萸（半兩） 甘菊花（半兩） 荊芥穗（半兩） 秦艽（三分去苗） 芎 （一兩) 茯神（三分) 上件藥，搗粗羅為散。
<P> </P>每服三錢，以水一中盞，入薄荷三七葉，煎至六分。
