<P> </P>鯪鯉甲（十四枚微炒） 鱉甲（一兩塗醋炙令黃去裙 ） 柴胡（一兩去苗） 恆山（二兩) 虎頭骨（一兩塗醋炙微黃） 桃仁（一兩湯浸去皮尖) 上件藥，都細銼，以酒三盞浸一宿。
