<P> </P>黃耆（一兩銼） 牡蠣（二兩燒為粉） 栝蔞根（半兩） 甘草（半兩炙微赤銼） 麥門冬（一兩半去心焙） 地骨皮（半兩） 白石脂（半兩） 澤瀉（半兩） 知母（半兩） 黃連（半兩去鬚) 上件藥，搗羅為末，煉蜜和搗三二百杵。
<P> </P>丸如梧桐子大，每服不計時候，以清粥飲下三（二）十丸。
