<P> </P>桑螵蛸（一兩微炒） 菟絲子（半兩湯浸三日曝乾別搗為末） 熟乾地黃（二兩） 山茱萸 ( 三分） 黃連（一兩去鬚) 上件藥，搗羅為末，煉蜜和搗三二百杵。
<P> </P>丸如梧桐子大，每於食前。
