<P> </P>人參（三分去蘆頭）地骨皮（一兩） 赤茯苓（三分） 麥門冬（二兩去心） 甘草（三分炙微赤銼） 蘆根（二兩銼） 葛根（三分銼）黃耆（三分銼） 川升麻（一兩） 黃芩（半兩) 上件藥，搗篩為散。
