<P> </P>川升麻（一兩） 栝蔞根（一兩半） 赤茯苓（一兩） 麥門冬（二兩去心焙） 桑根白皮（二兩銼） 青橘皮（三分湯浸去白瓤焙) 上件藥，搗細羅為散。
