<P> </P>夫急黃者，由脾胃有熱，穀氣鬱蒸，因為熱毒所加，故卒然發黃，心滿氣喘，命在須臾，故云急黃。
<P> </P>有得病，但身體面目發黃，初不知是黃，死後乃身面俱黃者是也。
<P> </P>其候初得黃病，但發熱心顫者，是急黃也。
