<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>由於部分地區已經連續超過100天沒有下過雨雪，降水量之少更是30年首回，特旱區更是50年來頭一遭，包括北京、天津以及河北、山西、山東等15個省市旱情告急，43%的小麥產區、1.61億畝耕地受到影響。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>乾 旱也造成437萬人飲水出現困難，像是農業大省河南省，據說有人一家六口洗臉只用一碗水，現在黃河流域已經啟動乾旱紅色預警。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>中國</FONT></STRONG><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>水利部副部長鄂竟平表 示，「主要是靠一些江河湖庫，把水源統籌安排好。」</FONT></STRONG></P>
