<P><BR><STRONG>新華社引述交通部救助打撈局指出，以Kang Bong為名的北韓貨船昨早因海上風大，船身進水後沉沒。</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><BR>出事貨輪載有20人，在江蘇連雲港以東<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=190">190</SPAN>公里處沉沒。</STRONG></P>
