<P><STRONG>（中央社台北28日電）貴州省盤縣今天發生一起瓦斯外洩事故，造成8人死亡、3人受傷。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>新華社表示，今天凌晨3時30分左右，六盤水市盤縣淤泥鄉羅多煤礦發生瓦斯外洩，事發時坑下當班95人，經自救和縣礦山救護隊施救，84人突圍，但仍有8人死亡、3人受傷。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>據現場的盤縣宣傳部副部長譚波介紹，羅多煤礦原是一個6萬噸產能煤礦，目前正在進行30萬噸技術改造。<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=100">100</SPAN>0328</STRONG></P>
