<P> </P>鱉甲（一兩半塗醋炙令黃去裙 ） 酸棗仁（一兩去苗） 羌活（一兩） 黃耆（一兩 銼） 牛膝（一兩去苗） 人參（一兩去蘆頭） 五味子（一兩) 上件藥，搗羅為末，煉蜜和搗一二百杵，丸如梧桐子大，不計時候，以暖酒下二十丸。
