<P> </P>人參（三分去蘆頭） 赤茯苓（一兩） 牛黃（一分細研如粉） 羌活〔三（一）分〕 遠志（三分去心） 川升麻（半兩） 麥門冬（一兩去心焙） 犀角屑（半兩) 上件藥，搗細羅為散，每於食後，薄荷溫水，調下一錢，忌豬肉溫（濕）面等。
