<P><STRONG>一條從美國印第安那州輸往加拿大「安大略省」的輸油管故障，80多萬加侖原油外洩，造成河川嚴重污染，水中魚群及一些稀有物種都因此死亡。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>輸油管所屬的能源公司表示，他們已經關閉輸油泵浦站，並採取因措施，不過，當地居民說，遭污染河川流過的地區都是一片惡臭。</STRONG></P>
