<P><BR><STRONG>事發在西南部一個城鎮附近，距離葡萄牙邊境90公里，水泥車正為葡萄牙高速鐵路施工。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>台北時間昨晚，客運列車撞向水泥車，3節車箱出軌，水泥車部份卡在列車上。</STRONG></P>
