<P><STRONG>阿富汗議會選舉在暴力陰影下完成投票，在塔里班的恐怖攻擊中，至少14人死亡，包括3名警察；另外有接近60人受傷。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>塔里班組織連日來透過互聯網及傳單，警告會襲擊前往投票的民眾，武裝份子在投票前兩天，還擄走了1名候選人和10多名選舉工作人員。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>這次選舉有大約<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=250">250</SPAN>0名候選人，競逐249個議席。</STRONG></P>
